When we heard that Strauss wanted to launch a new pudding without milk, it sounded very intriguing to us. When we realized that this delicacy was based on tahini – we had already begun to get excited.

Soom is a sweet and delicious pudding, which crosses-over the tahini to the world of desserts and puddings. It comes in chocolate, vanilla halva or nougat flavors, and whoever tastes it already knows what a wonderful invention it is.
